Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 2. Pulse surimi ingredients in a food processor until tacky. 3. Transfer to a bowl and add cabbage and green onion; mix and form 20 to 25 small balls. 4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Add the balls and pan-fry until cooked through, rotating often, about five minutes. 6. Cook in batches if needed. 7. Serve with the dipping sauce.
