Ingredients:

2 tsp sesame oil
55 g rice noodles
60 g mushrooms
1/4 can garbanzo beans
60 g red pepper
90 g savoy cabbage
8 oz tempeh
2 tbsp tamari sauce
2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the box.
  2. whisk together the sesame oil and tamari. set aside.
  3. drain the garbanzo beans. cut up cabbage, tempeh, mushrooms and cabbage.
  4. add tempeh and veggies to a pan and pour oil mixture. cook on medium heat until tender.
  5. place noodles in a bowl and top with veggie mixture.
