Refund policy

IFM Media Inc. does not issue refunds for virtual products and digital subscriptions. You, the user, are responsible for your own subscription plan. All recurring plan payments are pre-authorized by you and are not subject to a refund.

Any physical products bought from our online store can be returned within 30 days after purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your FitClub membership or digital subscription, email info@ifmmedia.com before your renewal date. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is issued for the current period.

Subscription Plan Details
The Subscription Plans offered at insidefitnessmag.com are 100% digital. There is no hard copy subscription at this time. The digital subscription allows you to view all the available magazines online. Promotional pricing is valid for the duration specified in the promo; a recurring payment at the regular price will be charged once the promotional period is over if the user has not canceled their subscription.

IFM Media Inc. reserves the right to update Subscription Pricing without extending or cutting the time on existing accounts. Your price is set during registration, and future changes will not affect your current subscription.
