Gold Standard 100% Whey - Apple Pie Protein Balls Recipe
Makes 10-12 Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup - Rolled Oats
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp - Smooth Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
1 scoop - Vanilla Ice Cream GOLD STANDARD 100% WHEY
1 cup - Diced Apples 1 tsp - Cinnamon ½ tsp - Nutmeg
1/4 cup - Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Roll into balls
3. Refrigerate until firm. If you want more moisture, add PB and maple syrup.
