Every photo needs a photographer credit on your form, and the credit must be visible on the photo. Use the same email address at checkout that you used on the entry form. Your entry is judged only once the form, checkout and photos are all complete.

Get published. Join the Hot & Fit 100, the biggest promotion of its kind in Canada, now in its 18th year. One hundred women are selected for the collector's edition of Inside Fitness, eight are named the Top 8, and one overall winner lands the cover. Open to eligible Canadian women aged 18+.
Applications open October 20 and close December 7, 2026. The digital edition releases first, followed by a limited print issue in January 2027.

Submit up to 25 eligible photos. Includes access to the Hot & Fit 100 Legacy Collection, plus a one-on-one video call with Publisher Terry Frendo.
Magazine purchases: The January 2027 Inside Fitness digital and print magazines are sold separately. Neither edition is included with any entry package. The Hot & Fit 100 Legacy Collection is a separate historical online gallery, with access details provided to Gold, Platinum and Publisher purchasers.
