It’s not surprising that younger generations are more likely to suffer from anxiety, depression and burnout, so if you’re feeling overwhelmed you’re not alone, but just because a problem is widespread, doesn’t mean we should normalize it. Accumulating chronic stress can have severe consequences on your emotional, mental, and physical health.
