Welcome to the 15th Annual Hot & Fit 100, presented by PVL! At Inside Fitness, we are thrilled to be celebrating this milestone year of our premier contest that showcases the best of Canada's fitness industry. For the past fifteen years, the Hot & Fit 100 has been a platform to recognize and honor the incredible women who embody the ideals of health, fitness, and beauty.
This year's winner will not only grace the cover of Inside Fitness but will also be featured in a full multi-page spread. Additionally, the top 100 Canadian women will be showcased in the magazine, with the top 8 being ranked. As a special feature, we will also present the Hot & Fit Motivational feature to inspire others on their fitness journey.
