The next 100 starts here. Entries for the 18th Annual Inside Fitness Hot & Fit 100 are now open, and this is your chance to be featured in the Hot & Fit 100 special edition.
What is the Hot & Fit 100?
For 18 years, the Hot & Fit 100 has celebrated Canadian women who live and breathe fitness. Each year, Inside Fitness selects 100 women to be featured and published in our special collector's edition. The 2027 edition releases digitally first, followed by a limited print issue in January 2027.
Who can enter?
The Hot & Fit 100 is open to women aged 18 and over in Canada. To be eligible, your photos must be:
- In colour (no black and white)
- Unpublished, including on social media
- Yours to submit, with the rights or the photographer's permission
- Credited, with the photographer's credit visible on every photo
- 80 MB or smaller per photo
How to enter
- Apply. Fill out the short entry form. No purchase is required to enter.
- Submit your photos. Choose your photo package, upload your photos and check out using the same email address you used on your entry form.
- Check your inbox. Look for your confirmation email, including in your spam folder.
Photo packages
- Standard Entry, $0 CAD: 1 eligible photo. No purchase required.
- Gold, $89 CAD: up to 10 eligible photos, plus Hot & Fit 100 Legacy Collection access.
- Platinum, $149 CAD: up to 25 eligible photos, plus Legacy Collection access.
- Publisher Package, $399 CAD: up to 25 eligible photos, Legacy Collection access and a one-on-one video call with the publisher.
Every entry receives full consideration. More photos give you more to choose from, but they never increase your chance of being selected, and selection is made independently of any purchase.
More ways to be part of Hot & Fit 100
Alongside the Hot & Fit 100, Inside Fitness is accepting applications for a limited number of additional features. Applying is free, and every application is reviewed by our editors:
- Inside Story, $349: a paid half-page feature in print and digital, with about 200 words and two selected images.
- Transformations, $99: a paid feature for approved applicants, with a before-and-after photo pair and a short transformation story.
- Women in Business, free: an editorial feature for women building businesses in fitness, wellness, nutrition, beauty or active living.
For the paid features, you pay only if your application is approved, through a private invitation. Applying does not guarantee selection or publication, paid features are identified as paid or sponsored content, and none of these features affect Hot & Fit 100 judging. Apply for a feature.
