Bullet Proof Coffee
(Serves 1)
Ingredients 8 oz hot brewed coffee ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp – 1 tbsp MCT Oil 1 tsp butter (for paleo sub ghee) 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional) 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (optional) Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until frothy, about 5-15 seconds.
  2. Add in a scoop of Bodylogix Decadent Chocolate Natural Whey to make it a guilt free mocha.
