Ingredients

1 Block Extra Firm Tofu (340g) 1 1/2Tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2tsp Dill 1 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp Thyme 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp Red wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp Grapeseed oil
Tahini dressing:
2Tbsp Toasted Sesame Tahini 2Tbsp oil 3Tbsp water 1Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 1/2tsp garlic powder 3/4tsp onion powder 1/2tsp Oregano 1/2tsp Sweetener 1/2tsp Red wine Vinegar 1/4tsp Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Tofu:
1. Press the tofu block. 2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven if cooking right away. 3. Cube the tofu bloc, then combine with the marinade in an airtight container or a large ziplock bag. 4. Marinate at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. But you definitely bake it straight away as well, it will still taste good! 5. Make 6 skewers for the bbq, or place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for the oven. = 6. Bake for for 25 minutes (or more as needed) at 450F, turning half way.
Dressing:
1. Combine the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
