Delicious and Easy Pasta with Pea Sauce -

185 g tofu
75 g whole wheat or chickpea pasta
2 1/2 cups frozen green peas
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch salt


  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  2. Bring a separate pot of water to boil and add peas. Cook for about 3 minutes. drain but leave some water for next step.
  3. Put peas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, seasoning and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth paste.
  4. Cut up tofu and air fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Add pasta to a plate, top with pea sauce and tofu.
