INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp tamari
1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds, black or white & toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, maple syrup and tamari.
  2. Add the cucumber and toss until well coated.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds.
