Mix & Match - insidefitnessmag.com
By Stephanie La Leggia Get creative with combos; you’ve got tons of in-season fruits to pick from. Can’t decide on a go-to summer shake? Try mixing two different flavours into one. We recommend this two-layer, mango-berry shake that’s bursting with flavour and antioxidants. Aside from being a rich source of malic, citric, and tartaric acids that help sustain your alkaline reserve, mango juice is also a great natural remedy for preventing heat stroke during a scorching summer day. The fact that it tastes great is just a bonus!
