This week, our current Hot & Fit Winner Alexia Monardo was proud to be able to hand over a check for $1000 dollars to the Canadian Mental Health Association, which she raised through an online auction, selling signed copies of her Hot & Fit Winning issue of Inside Fitness.
Alexia has long been a supporter of Mental Health, creating the I Am Power Movement (@iampower.mvmnt) to help students build mental health awareness and physical strength.
