Similar to the summer hot sun, this shake is extremely vibrant, and is the perfect hot day protein treat. The pineapple and coconut combo gives you a Pina Colada beach vibe no matter where you are.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup light coconut milk
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1/2 banana, frozen
½ zucchini, frozen & chopped
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 scoop preferred vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
